Sans aucune surprise "Doctor Strange" prend la tête du box office UK. Il s'agit même du meilleur début pour un film Marvel hors séquelle. Le film devrait terminer sa carrière entre 3. et 3.5 millions d'entrées.

"Trolls" perd sa première place mais est déjà proche des 2 millions d'entrées. "Jack reacher" chute lourdement en seconde semaine, le film devrait quand même passer la barre du million d'entrées mais guère plus."La fille dutrain" poursuit son joli parcours avec la barre des 3 millions de spectateurs en ligne de mire.

"Bridget Jones" prend la première place du box office annuel avec 46.1 millions de livres de recettes au "Livre de la jungle". C'est une surprise bien que les deux premiers opus avaient cartonné à l'époque. Au pire le film terminera second de l'année derrière Star WArs qui sort en décembre, mais cela reste un sacré exploit.
